These are your rights as a customer of Bid-Bob.com, and a summary of our commitment to bringing you a unique online shopping experience that you can depend on.
Bid-Bob.com will never charge you random fees, registration fees, membership fees, or any other monetary assessment beyond purchasing Bid Packs and buying an item you win through our Auction Site.
We will not engage in any shill or bot bidding against our customers. Our software development company has removed any ability to place bids as the site administrator, and no employees of Bid-Bob.com are allowed to bid on our products.
All products placed for auction on Bid-Bob.com are brand new, and have never been used before. Most are in their original factory packaging.
Bid-Bob.com will ship all products within 1-3 Days of the final payment by each customer for the products they win. This includes bonus prizes, and other discretionary gifts we offer our customers.
You have the right to receive a brand new product that meets your expectations. If you receive an item won through our auction process that does not meet your expectations, you may send it back to us within 14 days of receiving the product. Your purchase price, shipping cost, and bid costs for the product will be refunded. The product must be returned in its original packaging. Returns will not be accepted once a product is opened or removed from its original packaging.
Bid-Bob.com customers have the right to receive top notch customer support during their auction experience at Bid-Bob.com. We will offer a live customer service phone line during certain hours of the day, you may e-mail us at Support@Bid-Bob.com, or you may contact any of our corporate officers at their contact information listed in the ‘About Us’ section.
All products purchased on Bid-Bob.com are in stock. If we don’t have it, you can’t bid on it.
Our referral program gives you the opportunity to receive free bids on Bid-Bob.com. As a customer, if you run your Bid-Bob.com experience like a business you can receive an unlimited number of free bids. There is no cap on referral bonuses, and no lifetime maximum of free bids received from Bid-Bob.com.
Our website is designed to be as accurate as possible during all product auctions. Even with a robust design and a strong server, we recommend placing your bids before the last second. Once the timer hits 1 second, the margin for error on placing a bid increases. This can be due to your own internet connection, your computer settings, and the amount of traffic on Bid-Bob.com. Either way, we recommend not waiting until the last second to place your bid on a product. If you place a bid at the last second that is not recorded by the system and the auction ends, there is no recourse through Bid-Bob.com. All auctions are final.
Each customer has the right to their own opinion about Bid-Bob.com. Before publishing or sending out negative feedback through social media or any other online medium, please contact Bid-Bob.com to see if we can clarify or alleviate any concerns you have about your experience with Bid-Bob.com. If you place false or damaging comments about Bid-Bob.com for public consumption, we will pursue legal action if the comments are deemed defamatory or slanderous.
